This half-day simulation workshop is designed to create an agile mindset in the participants.  The agile methodology is a fundamental tool when working on projects, updates, new products, upgrades, new processes, new services, and change management.

This course is highly interactive and includes simulated project sprints, interaction with the stakeholder/customer to build an agile mindset.

Participants will learn why, when and how to use agile in their daily work and understand agile theory and implementation.
