We built a team of internal and external resources to deliver this program, specifically designed to prepare female employees to take advantage of career opportunities and leverage their unique strengths as leaders. The multi-session and multi-media program provides the skills and tools that will help prepare female employees for future management and leadership roles throughout their organization.

During the program, women attendees will learn about self-leadership, personal growth, self-awareness skills and strategies, managing professional relationships, navigating challenges facing women in leadership roles, dealing with conflict, building networks and so much more.
