Leading a Multigenerational Workforce

Today’s organizations can have three, four, and sometimes five generations of employees in the workforce. For any organization to be successful everyone needs to collaborate and work together as a team towards a common goal. It might be a project team, a department or function. It might be for a business unit, a non-profit or government agency. The need is the same – we have to be willing to be open, to understand each other, to relate and come together for a common goal.

This workshop is designed to guide you through and help you understand the various generations in today’s workforce.  The more you know and understand the differences (and similarities) of your workforce, (and your colleagues) the better you will be at motivating them to work together.

Learning how to deal with the generation gap at work will help you become a better manager, leader, and co-worker.  This course is designed to help you, your team and all employees become more engaged and productive.
