Joe has been training managers and leaders for over 21 years, both domestically and internationally. Throughout his career, Joe has delivered courses including Developing New Manager Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and several Multigenerational Workforce programs.

 

A personal success of his was leading a corporate team of trainers to deliver a new, high-impact and groundbreaking course, Leadership Program for Women.

 

Joe has collaborated on training project development teams with colleagues from Scandinavia, Europe, Asia and South America. He is certified with Profiling Values personal values-based assessment tool, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 through TalentSmart and DiSC, the leading personal assessment tool.

Shivkumar Swamy

ONN AR-Based Training

Shivkumar specializes in training technologies. He is focused on using Augmented Reality to provide more efficient knowledge integration and a high impact learning experience. Shiv brings a Masters degree in Technology, an MBA in Human Resources along with over 26 years experience in learning and development.  

Shiv’s experience includes designing learning training programs that blend e-learning with classroom sessions to prepare the student for instructor lead training and reinforce the learning after the classroom session.

Augmented Reality (AR) is the next horizon for a fully immersed learning experience. Shiv uses AR to create a real-life connection from the classroom to the required new skill. AR is perfect for training new people about existing competencies and even better for introducing new skills to the current workforce. AR allows the learner to see and practice in a safe environment before putting the skill to use. With a simple tablet, AR is portable, it can integrate the new skill and reinforce as needed.

Kjell has been a project manager for 25+ years, running complex international and domestic projects, mainly in the pharmaceutical and engineering industries. A passion to help others to be better has been his driving force, helping organizations and individuals develop their ability to deliver customer benefit through improved project, program and portfolio management. 

Kjell facilitates courses, workshops and coaching sessions, with an emphasis on leveraging new knowledge and securing behavioral change. The methods used in training and in the workshops aim to provide concrete results and long-lasting effects for clients. 

These interventions are often a mix of project methodology, with associated tools and techniques, and leadership skills training.  The methodology is tailored to meet the differing needs in different organizations and spans from traditional project (waterfall) to agile project management.

Kjell has the proven ability and understanding required to successfully implement new knowledge and new ways of working in client organizations, and currently supports a number of different commercial enterprises, government agencies and non-profit bodies.
