Your Leadership

Journey

Leadership is a big topic and is crucial for success in any business.  Everyone’s journey – your experiences and life work challenges are different, and each person brings all these factors to their job, their leadership role, their relationship with those around them. These are all steps along the leadership journey.  This course will teach the participants to discern the differences between managing, leading, coaching and mentoring and when you use each effectively. The course it will enhance one’s skills in the performance of each of these roles making you a more effective leader.

This program uses role-plays, case studies, and teamwork along a simulated leadership journey.  There is a pre-work Learning Engagement Plan for the participant and their manager, which includes a follow-up post-work check-in activity to reinforce the learning.

Participants will bring a real-life leadership challenge to the program to insure maximin relevance in the learning journey.
